Introduction: OLUBOX, LLC has been in business for six years. We are a professional development platform. We specialize in creating card games that allow participants to engage in active learning while developing skills that will enhance their life productivity. We recently developed a card game to shape learning, development, and experiences in students and adults to enhance their Social, Leadership, and Emotional development.

Renowned as a leading leadership activator, Olu Balogun is a distinguished executive coach, author, inventor, and speaker. Creator of 5P card game of life habits, he specializes in bringing teams together in the workplace, classrooms, and any fields of play. His talks on leadership habits and embracing change as the norm. Gives organizations the much-needed compass for growth and transformation. Olu’s early struggles with finding his place in the world gave him a remarkable practical anecdote to draw from. He is passionate about helping individuals and organization turn their thoughts into actions and finding their purpose so that they can live their best lives.
Graduated top of his class, he earned his master’s in business administration from the University of Texas. Taught leadership development in the United States Navy for 7 years. As a college student, he was part of leadership organizations, such as the UN Chapter, Student Government Association where he taught other students leadership character and ethics. As a graduate student, He represented all the graduate programs as their senator. With his education and a passion for leadership coaching, Olu Balogun has created 5P – a card game designed to guide people on their journey towards success and becoming the best all-round leader.
