The Spark That Leads Us — a poem on leadership and engagement
In halls where silence used to grow,
Where passion waned, and time moved slow,
A voice rose up, both firm and kind,
A leader with a vision in mind.
Not one who rules with iron hand,
But one who dares to understand—
Who sees the fire in every face,
And gives each dream a fighting place.
They listen more than they command,
And lift us up with open hand.
They paint the “why” in colors bold,
And let our stories too be told.
With purpose clear and values strong,
We found where each of us belongs.
Through challenge, change, and uphill climb,
We show up strong time after time.
For in their trust, we rise, engage,
We own our goals; we turn the page.
The workplace becomes something more,
A place of meaning at its core.
So, here’s to leaders who ignite,
Who turn the dark to steady light—
In every task, in every role,
They help us work with heart and soul
