Olu’s early struggles with finding his place in the world gave him a remarkable practical anecdote to draw from. He is passionate about helping individuals and organization turn their thoughts into actions and finding their purpose so that they can live their best lives.
Graduated top of his class, he earned his master’s in business administration from the University of Texas. Taught leadership development in the United States Navy for 7 years. As a college student, he was part of leadership organizations, such as the UN Chapter, Student Government Association where he taught other students leadership character and ethics. As a graduate student, He represented all the graduate programs as their senator. With his education and a passion for leadership coaching, Olu Balogun has created 5P – a card game designed to guide people on their journey towards success and becoming the best all-round leader.
